    Texas Pepper Jelly was started in 2004 to fill a growing demand for sweet and heat. Our jellies have been proven time and time again to be the perfect blend of peppers with fruit. Our products are designed to be used in many different ways. You can eat straight out of the jar, on toast, over cream cheese, in sauces, or as a glaze on chicken and ribs.

    Texas Pepper Jelly has been used by competition cookers for the last 2 years. Many of these cookers have placed in the top 5 in dozens of contests around the country. With more than a dozen flavor to choose from any cooker can find that original taste they have been searching for. When using our products the only decision you have to make is how much to use!

    Along with our jellies we have also produced several salsas, a grilling sauce and now a new finishing sauce. In 2006 our Pineapple Habanero was awarded a valued Scovie Award.
